Well, who saw that coming?
What started out as a few months turned into two years of restrictions on events. We didn’t get out on the road for two years, and the early events were restricted to table service with no more than six to a table and remote card payment only.
However, last year the pandemic regulations eased and people started to organise events again. There were a lot of weddings and we were very busy. So much so, that we invested in extra ice-making machines, bottle fridges and bars. People were still wary, some weddings we attended saw only a fraction of the invited guests attend due to localised Covid outbreaks.
However, it all seems pretty much back to normal as 2023 rolled on…
