In short, we’ll take care of everything.
From the licence to serve alcohol and play music, public liability insurance to the clearing of glasses from the tables; we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.
We’ll turn up on the day before the wedding (or earlier) and set up the bar and all the equipment, then arrive on the day to serve you drinks. Nigel Pengelly and Jodi Walker both hold personal licences to serve alcohol and have many years in the entertainments, events and licensed trade.
We have suppliers from across Cornwall to ensure the best selection of beers, ciders, wines and spirits and work with local warehouses when detailing our wines lists.
We are exceptionally flexible in our approach to bar management and offer a range of serving options.

STANDARD PAY BAR:
£350 INSTALLATION FEE
We supply a fully-stocked bar, and the guests pay for all the drinks they consume. We have a reliable contactless payment systems that works in the deepest of Cornish valleys. Cash is also acceptable at our bar. There is an advance booking fee of £350 to reserve our bar, along with a minimum spend of £350 (which is fully refundable). From past events, we have found that this minimum spend is easily attainable for wedding parties and events of 40 or more guests.

A PRE-PAID BAR:
£350 INSTALLATION FEE
The hosts extend their generosity by paying for the drinks from the bar for the duration of the event, or up until a fixed amount. When the pre-paid fund is exhausted then the bar reverts back to a paid bar.
DRY BAR HIRE
£450 (PLUS DELIVERY)
We have five kinds of bar hire.
Our bespoke 16ft handmade Tregothnan Oak rustic bar, our vintage Indian motorcycle bar, our modular bar, our smaller 8ft rustic and a basic festival bar with that comes in three 8ft sections.
All bars come with an icemaking machine, bottle fridge, optic rack, serving table, ice buckets and accessories. Delivery and collection cost quoted on application.
